We are a certified roof cleaning service. We are a small family business and our focus is to be the master of one service. Our goal is to improve your home curb appeal and to preserve the life of your roof. We remove roof Algae, Moss, Lichen, Bacteria and Mold.

I am 60 years old and a retired fish boat captain. I presently work for Union Pacific Railroad conductor/engineer and we are building this roof cleaning service for retirement. Kim works for the National Child Safety Counsel. We are active in the community and the church.

How we got started. Kim had a house for sale. She had buyers who just loved the house until they walked outside around the house looked at the roof and saw it was stained. Their first thought was a new roof would be needed. No matter how much she tried to explain, the thought of needing a new roof was their first impression. We did not make the sale!

After much research and study, we found out that the issue could be resolved with a roof cleaning. Not only will a roof cleaning give your home curb appeal. It will preserve your shingles for longer life. If your roof has streaks and stains that seem to be growing in size and becoming darker in color it is most likely a very strong type of algae that feeds on the limestone used in manufacturing roof shingles. The algae spreads down the roof causing ugly black streaks that merge in time and eventually cover the entire roof.
